This Privacy Policy explains how Analog Studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use Pitch Master (the "App" or "Service").
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Profile data
- Usage data
- Subscription data if needed to provide access to premium features
- Support communications if you contact us
We may also access microphone input while you use pitch practice features. We do not store microphone recordings.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide and operate the App
- Improve and personalize the user experience
- Unlock premium features
- Support pitch detection and practice tools
- Send reminders or notifications if enabled
- Respond to support requests
- Protect the App and our users
- Comply with legal obligations
3. How We Share Information
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the App, such as providers that support app functionality, communications, analytics, hosting, or billing-related services.
We may also share information if required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the App.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Data Retention
Most data associated with the App is stored locally on your device. If you delete the App, the locally stored data is deleted from your device.
If we later add cloud sync, user accounts, or other server-based features, we may retain some information on our systems and will update this Privacy Policy accordingly.
5. Permissions
The App may request access to certain device features.
- Microphone: Required for pitch practice features that listen for your voice or instrument input.
- Notifications: Optional, and used for reminders if you choose to enable them.
If you do not grant a permission, some features may not work properly or may not be available.
6. Subscription Data
If you purchase a subscription, we may store limited subscription or entitlement information needed to determine whether premium features should be enabled.
We do not intentionally store full payment card details in the App.
7. Refund Requests and Apple
If you ask Apple for a refund for an in-app purchase or subscription, Apple may ask us for information to help evaluate your request. We may provide Apple with information about your account age, purchase and subscription period, delivery of the purchased service, use of the App, and the portion of the subscription period that had elapsed when you requested the refund.
We may also tell Apple whether our records support granting or declining the request. Apple independently makes the final refund decision. Apple handles this information under its own privacy policy. Requests to access or delete consumption information held by Apple can be submitted at privacy.apple.com.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to address it.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information within the App.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated version and update the effective date above.
Your continued use of the App after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you accept the changes.
